My Afternoon Sojourn

Today I took an afternoon sojourn through the misty Fraser Glen air, to the pond that furnishes my neighbourhood with our very own collection of ducks... or should I say waterfowl? I spotted what I thought to be several very exotic looking species of duck... just goes to show you what you miss when you aren't paying attention. Among my ID's were the Wood Duck and the Hooded Merganser. It'd be well worth plugging those names into google and sharing their beauty with me. While I was there however, I noticed the stunning state of the evening sky on the ever unreachable horizon. It was amazing and I had my camera. I hope it makes you all smile.
